One of the nicest hotels I ve stayed in in a while. The new refurbished rooms are absolutely amazing and the team are fantastic. Always there to look after your needs, extra pillows, towels, coffee is no problem. One staff member I can t remember his name actually brought me up a coffee from the bar in addition to the extra sachets. This small gesture just shows that jury s are setting the bar when it comes to customer service.
