I went to get my car parts replaced because some parts were recalled. There were two cashiers. The Black lady was kind enough to help me out where to get my car serviced, however, the other younger cashier was really distant and unenthusiastic to help me out. Besides that, my adviser, Andy, he was really helpful and polite. He let me know what is going to be done and asked if I wanted a free wash and vacuum for my car. He also let me know that he will do a quick service. I found out my car had some problems but Andy help me understand what needs to be done. He didn't pressure me into getting things fix at the dealer which I appreciated. Overall, I had a very good experience.
