With a senior lawyer a pass-out form uthkal University done a 3 year law course has no idea about any laws in India he just quotes the names of various legislation's without knowing there content or application " Mr Deepak R Mahapatra" he just knows to talk about him self and lie about his work experience at top tire law firms like "khaitan and co". When he was a fresher he was recruited as a manger directly :D #linkedin profile *** all the above mentioned information is true to the best of my knowledge and it's not a personal opinion , just a statement of facts that I came across after being a part of this legal team . Mr Deepak also quotes US legislation's that he has never read . A legal manager handling contracts doesn't even understand the basic sections of the Indian contact Act . If you have any doubts ask him the most basic legal questions and he will amaze you with his lame examples that make absolutely no sense and are 110 % legally incorrect.
Cons
They hire freshers form reputed colleges and the compare them to the pass-outs from IITs and National Law schools . Sasken is a good company but it has no stability as they don't value the people nor they are open to any innovation. They are a modern day broker just looking to exploit the educated youth . All the key positions are held by the old and indispensable people who are fit for nothing . The company has all the unique creatures . To conclude sick place to work in typical substandard mentality were people are worried about what u wear to why you wanna take a tea break with your friend. If you are looking out for a place were you can grow as an individual this definitely is not the place.
Advice to Management
Grow up ! You have changed the company name twice already but that's in no way gonna change your company . You won't achieve 250 million by 2021 because you don't value your employees nor do you respect individuals . Firstly be fair this one is to the HR team especially . Don't use your policies as weapons to threaten employees or to mislead them . And also don't hire a person whose IQ lower than the room temperature and do not expect the juniors to welcome such a person by stating reasons like old school of thought . "Hire managers who are not from the old school of thought" .
Also stop micro management let the employees breath some day an ex employee from your company might own a bigger company than yours. And also engineer's are not bonded labour were you will make 10 times the salaries you offer them in return from the clients.
