Always crowded, service advisers always busy, never pick up their phones.

When I bought my last new MBZ, salesman said they would match or exceed any offer, advertisements said they "would not be undersold", however, I bought my car for almost 6% less at Calabasas MBZ (which was no hassle, relaxed, attentive service, a thorough pleasure). Too bad they are the only MBZ dealer near PV.
