My experience here with the Estates on Maryland has been nothing but a HUGE hassle for my wife and I. We have had issues with every aspect of life here. Our neighbors are constantly making noises above us that exceed the noises of normal living and we have written at least 6 or 7 emails and not to mention countless phone calls to have this issue addressed and it never was handled. We have been without a working front gate so anyone can just walk right in since we have lived here. Also we brought these complaints to them and they told us that we could terminate our lease without penalty and now they are even going back on their word about that. They said that we are required to pay atleast one more months rent without getting our security deposit back. The employees and management here is a joke and it deserves to fail. I would never and will never recommend anyone to live in a MEB operated apartment or community ever again because of the sheer lack of customer appreciation or value.
