This was my first visit to the Hyatt Regency Cleveland. Even though my bag was lost by the airline and no one contacted me from the airline, the front desk staff contacted me immediately once my bag was delivered and brought it to my room. The staff was very friendly and knew a lot about the area. I look forward to my next visit.
