From the initial purchase at Infiniti I made 4 years ago including financing to the recent oil change I had done just the other day I am very satisfied. I like the ability to make my appointment on-line and am able to do so within one week and can make it my preferred early Saturday morning. The service crew is polite and easy to socialize with. I have used their shuttle service when I needed to leave my car as well. Their waiting room is comfortable with good coffee, muffins, and a TV for news.
