The hotel is pretty dated. Yes in a good location, and rooms are quiet, however there is no business lounge that most bigger SPG/Marriott hotels have.

The breakfast is also ultra below a Westin standard. Very small, low selection. Made to order omlettes etc are a supplemental charge. Overall pretty bad food.

Staff is okay. I have had better service at other Westin hotels. The wifi login is weirdest of all Marriott properties as it requires an email address to be validated?

This hotel is okay for the casual family stay, but not for business.

Other reviews here are really for the bar or Cafe. I agree with other reviewers the room it's quirky you can't put out the hallway light without turning off master. No international ports at the work desk, no Westin control panel for room lights, blinds etc. No exhaust in bathroom, it's weird.
