I guess I'm just unlucky, or maybe this company is...

I guess I'm just unlucky, or maybe this company is selective with regards the customers they chose to support. Had a car accident in Feb 2018, and I can actually count the number of times I have been called instead I end up chasing them. You upload documents on their messaging portal and send emails; no acknowledgement. There is no consistency with the case handlers and I always speak with different people each time I call. Case is now languishing, no update whatsoever. It's a shame I didn't do my research before instructing this firm. You live and learn I suppose. Just bad luck.
