Very efficient booking and reminder calls and confirmation through texting. Great feature.
All of the staff have been very friendly and efficient. I see Dr. Chow, dentist and Nicole, hygienist, who are BOTH very friendly, honest, gentle, efficient and thorough.
I recently had to have a root canal. Crescent Heights has the dentist, Dr. Palmer, doing this procedure coming right into their office. This was great for me as I didn t have to travel to another part of Calgary to get it done. Bonus for the patient!! Dr. Palmer was great. I was afraid to have the root canal done but it was no problem at all. Yeah!!
