I frequently drive up to the wine country in Los Olivos from L.A. several times a year to do some wine tasting. The cabs and Merlots from Firestone are very good. Recently, I decided to email Firestone to ask some specific questions about their wine club options.....No response as of yet and that was a week ago. The few times I have been at the tasting room the wine bar Attendants seem almost indifferent to the customers. Didn't really think too much of it, but now it makes sense. I don't care how good a particular wine is, if it's not backed up with good customer service it doesn't deserve my business.

I'm going to update/revise my review (see above). I just got a response from Sandee of Firestone regarding my wine club question. I appreciate the response, although it took almost 3 weeks to get it. At least there was a response. Going to notch it up a couple of stars to 3 from 1.
