I checked internet for reference but still undecided of what size a guitar should I buy for my son so I called Sweetwater and the personnel was very helpful and was big factor in my decision. The sales engineer was very helpful as well with my question. I received product in good condition. Packaging was secured. I'll definitely buy from them again in case I need another instrument.
