Tapper's Diamonds & Fine Jewelry is a family owned "jewel" (sorry for the pun) where old-fashioned personal service and attention to detail are still part of daily practice. The fact that they are factory-authorized retailers for so many high-end manufacturers should give comfort to anyone anticipating a major jewelry purchase.
