Was calling in to make a few separate bookings for a few colleagues. The experience wasn't the greatest since the wait was long and then when we were 95% finished with the booking, the line disconnects and there was no call back.
When I called back to try again, the agent said she couldn't do anything to call back due to how the system is setup. Maybe it is time to upgrade your system to allow for that, especially when it's very inconvenient to go through the process twice.
Also, email confirmation didn't send through, so have to call back a third time.
