We called in for a cleaning and a few small programs changes. We got a response within 5 minutes and the technician Nick Pechmann came the next day bright and early. He was fast and knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. He helped us to fix the program on the printer. He also went beyond and helped us to fix a few settings on the computer. Great service!
