I visited key west about a month back. All the the staff in sebago was very good. The reason for low rating is because of the Jetski instructor who was utterly rude. And I am not the only one. I have read other reviews mentioning about the same guy. Also alot of people in my group had the same opinion about him. He was very very rude and no idea how to talk with the people taking their services. I would like sebago to take notice of this. I was spoken in a tone like " do you understand english or do I need to be more clear etc"
