Do not trust them when they say your healthcare provider is covered over the phone. If they later can find a way out they will.

Was told by 2 representatives on 2 separate occasions that cover age would be 100% prior to going to the "facility". Now they say it is out of network so there is no coverage.

This has been a 5 month process and they still don't seem to care. They will find any loophole out.
