My grandson has a Boombah superpack bag for his baseball equipment. All he talked about was that bag. His zipper broke on the front flap , I tried to order a replacement and they don't replace them because they are ordered from a special company. The bags are of high quality but worthless if you can't get replacement parts. when you pay the price you pay for these bags, you would think replacement parts would be a priority. I will double check on ball bags and all replacement parts in the future. Very upset with Boombah.
