I come here often as i'm a member of the Unionville Athletic Club (UAC). As a member, of the club, i have access to the squash courts, members lounge, swimming pool (shared with the hotel), sauna, steamroom, and a decent size gym with plenty of cardio machines (ie. treadmills, elliptical machines, etc), free weights, 2 squat racks, smith machine, etc. etc.
