I had a great experience yesterday (Saturday, 2/27/21) at Reliable Toyota in Springfield, MO, with salesman Rudy Beltran. He was incredibly helpful in my effort to buy a new (used) car. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased (a 2019 Ford Edge) and he explained every step of the process, including the price and financing options.
