My representative was very unprofessional and uncommunicative. Not only did she not inform me there were roaches in my prospective apartment, she refused to answer any of my emails and attempted to cover up the incident with a call to pest control. When trying to reach her in person she kept me waiting in the office and communicated with me through the receptionist the whole time. To top it off she had a poor attitude throughout the whole process. Although pest may be an element which is out of her control, her unprofessionalism made it that much harder to work with her and find common ground.
They are unprofessional, inexperienced, without any ethics or knowledge, who do not follow the law, ignorant to make due diligence investigations, making false promises to buyer and land a problematic sale transaction. I would not trust working with this company.
If I could give them negative stars I would. I thought my transaction would be a nice a smooth one but don t let any of their agents con you into using their in house escrow company sand bank. It will be your worst nightmare. They will tell you one thing then not follow through. You as a buyer would think that since escrow and selling agents are in the same office that they would communicate but they don t. Escrow will call you for paperwork that their agent already has in their office. Their notary is also incompetent she missed 5 signatures during our final signing and had the audacity to only credit us $20 for the inconvenience. Then when everything was done they ended up not even refunding the $20 to us. As a last and final slap on the face. Due to their office mistakes, we had to wait to record until the following Monday due to the holiday and lack of signatures/notary. Come Monday morning the escrow officer didn t even process our paperwork to file that day and was going to make us wait another day until we insisted to drive to the county recorders office to do a special recording in which I m pretty sure we got charged extra after all of the inconvenience they have already caused. This is only the icing on the cake. There are other incidents that are still lingering from the purchase of my house. I don t recommend you use them as your realtor for your purchase or to list your home. They don t do their due diligence and you deal with the consequences after.
The Real estate agents are very knowledgeable and experienced in finding homes for their clients. Highly recommend you give them a call about purchasing a home.
