Stay away. A very run down and dated property in general. Service just blah. Very disappointed. I did inform the F&B Manager Lee about the service issue. He was polite. We stayed 2 nights. The check in by Honey duty manager was smooth. We were upgraded- Thanks. The concierge was very efficient, she booked our trips in a jiffy and gave us good instructions on our itinerary. Day 2 we stayed in went for the buffet breakfast. No one to seat us. One of the young waiters from Italy caught our eye as he had served us the previous day and he provided us two seats. Nice kid. Not once were we attended to for coffee while one of the waitress was providing attentive service to the table behind us. Not once. Felt disgusted. Waited 15 minutes to get attention. Had to ask the young Italian kid once again for coffee. Would NEVER EVER stay at this property. Would not recommend. Way below Marriott standards. Marriott in Surawongse was super and so was the LeMeriden in Chiang Mai. The two stars are for Honey and the concierge desk. We are at the Marriott on Nai Yang and this is absolutely top notch.
