Poor service, if something is up to you as a tenant, you do charge service costs but do nothing. Supervisor Van Gennep lap swans have been suffering from legionella and the solution for more than 1 year now: I have to rinse for 20 minutes at its warmest, and who pays that yes I have expensive city heating. Someone would come to flush the pipes and that is now already 3 months ago. Awning comes a blast of air from everyone and what do you think our fault and they do nothing about it while I do pay for it
No not a good word about it and then I have more things, parking is supposed to be done 1x a year now I saw a neighbor of 60 doing incredible, window cleaning never done etc. etc.
Very poor housing foundation.
