I spent 2 months working on getting into a new car, shopping across all brands and decided to go with the Jaguar XE. I was in contact with Mike Barreiro from the beginning, but since the Paramus dealership is significantly closer to me I dropped in and spent 2 weeks negotiating the car with them. I couldn't even compare the difference in the level of service. Paramus Jaguar "pretended" to help until they were caught in a ball of lies, and out of principal would never do a deal with them. At the perfect time, Mike from Ray Catena called me to follow up since our last talk and managed to work a deal that I was happy with, but dealing with Barreiro is where the value really is. He made sure to accommodate my schedule, definitely met my expectations as to what we discussed with no BS, and even worked on my deal on his day off. Thanks Mike!
