The hostel is clean and new. The bathrooms are all new and modern which is nice and the beds are comfortable enough. However, upon arrival we got "new sheets" .. I open them up only to find FRESH brown residue.... Don't even want to think about what that was. I feel that this is likely something that does happen often as everything else about the place is new and clean. Unfortunately, the lockers DO NOT LOCK. They are nothing but a latch. Front desk allows you to put a deposit down on small lockers for valuables but even leaving clothes, makeup, backpacks, etc is sketchy in a hostel situation when you don't know anyone. I've never been to a hostel with no/not working private lockers. All in all it would have been a great place had the lockers worked but that's a deal breaker.
