Go, but plan ahead. We booked our trip a year in advance and entered the park from the south through the Grand Tetons (stayed there 2 days) and stayed 2 nights each at most of the resorts (Lake was our favorite, but they all had their pros/cons) and made our way north through the park for a week. We took a photography bus tour one early morning and saw tons of wildlife! It was a trip of a lifetime and I really loved it!
