This is the second time we ve had a private party ...

This is the second time we ve had a private party here.
The first time we had few wait staff and we kept asking for bread and never got it. Finally one of the party goers got up to get it which was setting on a tray

Water went un filled Very slow or no service. I overheard things being sent back to warm up

Second experience was when they weren t prepared and it was scheduled very early dining experiences. The place was cold. Very cold. I think they didn t warm up the place early enough
We notified staff but nothing changed

The wait staff complained that more people showed up than the 20 expected.
The staff were rushed and I felt bad for them but we asked for refills and napkins and to go boxes multiple times with no response

The soup was so salty it was inedible
Our space to eat was crammed and
We didn t get dirty plates removed

I will say that the one bathroom for each gender is tiny and the door is very hard to open.

The fried chicken nuggets are bland. We didn t like them at all. They were also used in the salads.

I didn t say anything g at the time because they were rushed and the chef have limitations and all with what to cook with but what another disappointment overall.
