The staff member we worked with, Tiajuana, was incredibly rude. We had to call Expedia to get my husband's name changed from Jake to Jacob on the reservation. Even after an Expedia representative called Tiajuana directly and stated that the reservation had been changed, she refused to give us our keys until the change showed up on her system.

The location is good and the room is fine, but you may wait an hour to check in.
