When I called for appointment, they said they would order the part in advance, but that didn't happen. This was for a BMW recall on emergency call retrofit (2G connections will stop working). I had to wait 4 business days for the part to arrive and have the job complete. All my settings were also gone after the repair (I guess because they had disconnected the battery). I would appreciate if they would let me know in advance and I could write down my favorite radio station frequencies. The service representative, David, was amazing though.
