We have worked with Malt Realty for about 5 years. They manage a townhome in Fort Myers for us, and have been wonderful! They have taken good care of our property and our tenants!
We have been so happy with their service that we decided to purchase another investment property in Fort Myers. Kelly was wonderful and took time over the holidays to show us many different properties with good rental potential. They were very helpful in deciding what to purchase, and are ready to find us good tenants for our investment! I wouldn't use any other management company. We are very satisfied with all the services they offer!
