few months down the road exhaust pipe broke down w...

few months down the road exhaust pipe broke down while i was driving and car had to be towed to my mechanic. The cost of genuine repair was 2000 and non-genuine repair was 950 which is what I chose. Mechanic told me that pipe was not original and had multiple patchwork on it. Please investigate as to why this happened? - I am updating this few months after fact on 20 November 2018.

I got call from Ali the manager who told me he would take care of the matter. while they did take care of it but I see another rust after leaving the place below and it just makes me wonder why the mechanic just didn't fix it all and I have to point out every single thing. However, they made an effort to satisfy me so I will give them that. raising 1 star.

We bought a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan and Matthew Dorosti sold it to us. My wife told him how we saw another car that had rust and this car looked clean and all that. We were told that top mechanics looked at this car and it is in great condition. It did look great and we bought it. When I brought it home my wife noticed rust on left back wheel and 2 bolts. I reported this to Matt the same day and he said that Lou Najjar the manager said it is not covered under any "warranty". I mean come on we paid top bucks for this to have peace of mind that we got perfect vehicle. Bottom line always get the car checked by mechanic. cant trust even the upscale place :( we are truly disappointed.
