I have had nothing but good experiences with Bowditch Ford in Newport News. Service Advisor, Al Cusano has always been honest and fair with my family and I (something that can be lacking when it comes to car service and repair in general). Dealerships get a bad rap sometimes, but I can say that there is no better place to take your vehicle (especially your Ford) than Bowditch in Newport News.
