Our earthquake repairs were meant to take 8 months -- 20 months later there is still no end insight. Our home was left unprotected from the elements for an entire winter, but no one seemed to care and we have only seen John Scott a few times in 20 months. The carpenter who is meant to work on our site, gets taken away to other projects. BE WARNED!!!
