While I did not see Tom in the office. He saw me at a function and noted a serious condition that I had been dealing with for a few days. He gave me the name or the infection and recommended that I call my doctor immediately who I saw the next day. Tom even offered to call the office he works at to get me seen immediately. Fortunately, I was able to see my doctor the next morning and he said that I was lucky to run into a health professional who got me the correct diagnosis and treatment promptly.
