This was the most positive experience I have had buying white goods on line!
Ordered on Friday afternoon and just made the ticking-clock timeslot showing on the webpage for next day delivery. Then got a text as promised at 7 pm. with the 2 hr. delivery time-slot for Saturday and a named driver. Next day he called when 20 mins. away and delivered and was on his way in within 10 mins. New washing machine installed inside 24 hours. Highly recommended, no-nonsense and communicative company. Very customer-focussed. Definitely will use again and highly recommend.
