Here till after Christmas. Sitting in the Grand Lobby Bar, again. Yesterday we arrived mid afternoon from shopping in Downtown San Diego to find our room unmade. I called house keeping and they apologized and asked when we would prefer their service. Told them now for today and between 9 and 12 pm the other days. We came down to the bar and had a few drinks, returned and the room was cleaned. Today arrived after 1pm and nothing was done. I called again, this time asked if I had to request everyday. We think it s a plan to get us to buy drinks in the Lobby Bar. So your guess is as good as anyones if it will happen again tomorrow. Everything else here is great but house keeping???
