Alert Protective Services was referred to us by our builder for our home alarm system. They offered several monitoring packages, were professional and responsive, and did what they said they were going to do. They had a few issues with installation due to some things that were out of their control, but they handled it well.

I'd recommend Alert for home security monitoring.
