Eventually there will hopefully be enough complaints UPS will investigate. The manager is an incredibly poor example of customer service and constantly emanates a negative, downright scary vibe. One can only have pity for a person that lives in such a vacuum, and it's so sad to see how the employees are absolutely petrified but stuck there. No grace, and very distasteful, downright unprofessional environment. Interestingly, when I did some checking around with our franchisees, I learned that the reputation out there is particularly, and frighteningly bad. In a post-Covid world with high unemployment these types of managers will find themselves in a world of regret. There are so many kind, knowledgeable, and truly effective people that will thankfully come into these positions.
