Ok, so I really need to address the customer servi...

Ok, so I really need to address the customer service of this retailer... I can tell you it's nothing short of spectacular.

To preface this, I have not been to the store in person, and have purchased online only.

I had some questions regarding products on their site so I called in. They answered my questions promptly and with great information... only after did I realize their shop is listed as closed on the Wednesday! Ok, that's +1 for great service.

I placed an order that night. Within a couple hours, I had notification that my product has shipped... Really???? Well it did, really. (+1 again) Product had left BC by Thursday, and I had it in my hands by Friday... I know this is partially Canada Post actually doing well too, but for them to ship out on a day they are closed and have it to me within 2 business days, I have to say I am absolutely impressed. They did a great job and steered me in a great direction. So huge kudos to you guys at headphone bar. I'll definitely have to stop in and say thanks next time i'm in town!
