I can't say enough positive things about Melvin Cygan. If you plan to buy an Acura head on out to Woodbridge, VA and he'll give your the most professional sales service available. My husband and I bought a 2018 Acura TLX from him yesterday. When we arrived he had the vehicle ready for a test drive. On a hot and humid day it felt amazing to get into an already air conditioned vehicle. He took the time to go over all of the new features of the vehicle and sent us on our way. We arrived back to quickly agree on a fair price and then on to the paperwork. Acura in Woodbridge offered the best price out of the 4 dealerships we visited that day. Melvin personally programmed my preferences into the vehicle which I found very helpful. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed into a decision. Melvin was calm, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.
