Excellent customer service. This is my fourth Mazda, so i knew exactly what i wanted when i went in. I had an awful experience at Fredericksburg Mazda (where I live; refer to my review on that one...) and had gone down to Richmond Mazda approx. 2 weeks earlier where I had to walk out because the salesman was so slimy that it was insulting.
But Fairfax was wonderful. I enjoyed talking with the salesman, the 'manager' as they say, and even the finance guy was a pleasure to chat with after the initial wheeling and dealing.
They were up front and honest to any direct questions that I asked which is important to me; I understand that they are trying to make money but just be honest with me and I feel like they were.
The only thing i will say is that they show you some numbers and then you sign a whole lot of papers BEFORE you see the finance side or what a potential payment will be. It can be intimidating to the average person, i think. But it did not stop me from calling the man into the finance office to revise some numbers and that's what I recommend to you.
But even then, he was super willing to work w/ me.
Overall, VERY satisfied. Even more so when considered relative to other local Mazdas.
