My wife and I thought this would be a disaster - kids proved us wrong. They cite this as the #1 event on our NY spring break (which included: Statue of Liberty; Intrepid Museum; World Trade Center; etc). We wnt in expecting a disaster and ended up with thrilled pre-teen boys. PS: Get the Groupon and avoid the hard-sell at the door.
