I came in in May to purchase a decent used car and trade in my not-so-decent used car. I was terribly anxious about not 'getting taken' and ending up with something safe in which I could have confidence. The wasn't a 'want' purchase for me, but a 'need'. I was very blessed to have Jay Turner help me with the process. Not only was I treated attentively, but I was treated kindly. I felt I was dealing with someone honest, who genuinely wanted what I NEEDED, not necessarily what the dealership may have wanted or not wanted. The transaction was truly about me. Miraculously, I left with a NEW car that will last me for many years, at a surprisingly low interest rate that I can afford. Definitely unexpected. I am so happy, I could come in and hug Jay every day. I'm so thankful that Jay AND Rydell's took all the extra time with the banks and my financing that they did. Genuinely, I will never go anywhere else! God bless.
