I have had the worst consumer experience imaginable with Lenovo. I purchased an Idea Pad which was defective, after haggling for several months, they took the machine back for refurbishing and returned a still non working machine. It is Aug, 2013 as I write this. The machine was purchased in Feb 2013. They will not replace the machine and give me a run-around each time. I will never do business with them again and would advise you to NOT buy a Lenovo product. I understand an individual machine may be defective, but the problem is that the company does NOT stand behind it's products.
