A week ago, I purchased a 2019 Infiniti QX80. About a month ago I started looking for full size SUVs and test drove pretty much everything on the market. It was when I went to Infiniti, and spoke with Brad several times, that I knew this car was for me. But not only that, I'm writing this post because I want you to know how much I appreciate your great service. This was the first time purchasing a vehicle where I felt respected, cared about, and genuinely made sure that I left there a happy camper. Brad was incredible salesperson, easy to work with and just very friendly. Louis your financing manager is great, he's a real asset to your team and made this process so easy for me. Plus I got a killer interest rate. And of course finally, Latoya. She'll be doing a few things to my truck on Friday, but I wanted to make sure I pointed these folks out because they deserve a good job, pat on the back or whatever you do to make them feel extra awesome.
