We had to buy a new sport / family car ahead of schedule, and since we were set on a Subaru we shopped Mike Shaw online. I sent an inquiry about a model in stock and received an email response in less than ten minutes. I very quickly had an appointment to come in to look at a specific car the next day. When I got there at my appointment time, our contact Cliff had the car parked out front waiting for us to jump in and take a test drive. Cliff was extremely polite and knowledgeable thru the whole process, filled us in on every conceivable detail we would possibly need, and was helpful all around. After we decided to purchase the car and had gone thru the paperwork, Cliff walked us out to the car and specifically showed us all the dash features, even helping link my smartphone to the built in bluetooth!
