Top Notch Service! The staff was courteous and professional. My salesperson Oscar Rodriguez was very knowledgeable, empathetic and patient. He gave the pros and cons for each vehicle i showed interest in. The vehicle I liked in my budget didn't have navigation (which I really wanted) and it had some scratches. He spoke to his sales manager, came back and said if I took the vehicle they will take care of all my issues. I went back the following week; they installed my navigation system and got rid of the scratches. I will definitely go back to Oscar Rodriguez at 21st Century Auto Group for my next vehicle.
