The classic service is still one of a kind. Still the best hotel to stay here in Manila. The ambiance in the lobby will make you feel as if you're in a opera house. The buffet in Ilang Ilang Cafe is sumptous and complete though they have no beverage station and you need to pay additional for it (they serve service water anyway). The elevators are quite slow maybe due to the building's age but still was a good experience here.
