Sabrina is an excellent realtor, thorough professional and exceedingly efficient. We had originally listed our house for sale in Jan'20 with the "largest, renowned" real estate company but soon realized it is agent specific and agent driven. After ~ 5 months, when we didn't get our house sold, we decided to go with Karen Cannon Realtors.
Sabrina and Karen took time to meet with us. They strongly & decisively recommended some changes esp., the color of kitchen cabinets and few other minor but vital upgrades. That proved to be a game changer and increased the traffic and showings. They listed our house after July 4th and by August we had 2 competing full price offers and closed in September'20.
She is very easy to work with and guided us throughout the whole process. Their whole team, including the coordinators & other staff, is awesome.
I would recommend her and her company to any potential sellers or buyers wholeheartedly.
