I looked for a new car for about a month, and had every kind of experience you can imagine, including another dealership trying to hide an extra $4,000 in the paperwork when trying to buy a new vehicle. We went to DCH Toyota on a whim and met Dean Dixon. He was very laid back, funny and made our whole experience enjoyable. One of the Managers came over while we were talking numbers and we jokingly said the music wasn't to our taste. He immediately walked over to the office and changed it, and when I looked over he gave me a thumbs up and a smile. Dean was very honest and upfront when dealing with us and I never felt pressured. Eddie did our financial paperwork and was also very professional and straightforward. Not once did we feel that we were being scammed or pressured to purchase something. Who knew that buying a car could be an enjoyable experience? If I had run into this type of service all along, I would have had a car a month ago. Thank you Dean, Eddie and the staff at DCH for making my experience a good one!
